Genau da kommen NIS2 und DORA ins Spiel. Artikel 21 und Artikel 8 fordern keine Richtlinien-Dokumente, sondern Nachweise, und Nachweise müssen aus belastbaren Daten kommen. Wer seine Bestandsdaten in Excel-Tabellen, Hersteller-Konsolen und dem Wissen einzelner Kolleg:innen verteilt hat, hat diese Nachweise nicht. Er hat ein Rekonstruktionsprojekt, das genau dann beginnt, wenn ein Vorfall eintritt — und NIS2 gibt 72 Stunden bis zur Meldung, DORA nur 4.
