At our company, Jens is responsible for keeping operations, our projects and infrastructure running. He is the primary contact person for our customers for everything concerning day-to-day business and ongoing tasks.

He also advises our customers on technical solutions for their complex products, and sometimes lends a hand himself in the Linux console if his colleagues get stuck on a particularly tricky problem.
